A week of team time in the Swiss mountains
The days were varied. Monday started with topics that affect us all - across all departments. Tuesday was all about our customer projects, while on Wednesday we deliberately took time just for ourselves.
On Thursday, each department - Design, Development and Operations - delved deeper into its own areas of focus. This resulted in a mixture of concentrated work and shared experiences.
One particular highlight was that we were finally able to welcome Polina, our new designer, in person. As we now mainly work remotely, it was all the nicer to meet up again outside of the computer screen. It was really good for the team spirit.

Little stories, big memories
Of course, there were also little stories that remain in our memories. For example, the missed Rigi cable car, which forced us to walk uphill unexpectedly. Or the cooking evenings together in the hut, where we put an improvised menu on the table for nine people.
Morning yoga with Cosima, games evenings, spontaneous animal visits from cats and dogs - all this made our week colorful.a real highlight was the surprise from the management: a private boat trip to Lucerne.
Between pasta, pizza and a walk along the old city wall, we rediscovered the city. Back on the lake, we experienced one of those rare moments: sunset, a starry sky - and us jumping into the ice-cold water. A "core memory", as they say.

New energy for the future
In addition to all the experiences, we also worked on ourselves as an organization. We have sharpened processes, developed new ideas and resolved to provide fresh impetus, particularly in customer communication. Above all, however, we came back with new energy, creativity and an appetite for the coming year.
